Pediatricians here and their staff are five star. However, their lab services are a joke. Just waited one and a half hours with a cranky toddler and they didn't even get to us (we had a 9:20 appt) to draw a CBC. That was kinda the toddler's limit. And then when I called to reschedule, their message says they are having an extremely high call volume, unless you are calling for a same day appointment, call back. Come on, either hire more staff or get it together.
